Hospitality in our Village is second to none, and nowhere is it better expressed than in the age-old customs of serving freshly brewed coffee and freshly backed bread to every guest,  Our food can rival any other food for originality and good taste.

When You enter our restaurant you immediately experience the aroma of subtle and exotic spices of oriental Cuisines. Our chef and waiters will welcome you dressed in traditional cloths with savory shish Kabab, creamy hommus and luscious babaghanouj, of the local vegetables and the indigenous olive oil.

Our restaurant is the only place where you can taste the traditional food of the Holy Land.

Since Early Times. in Our Restaurant we serve you the Makloubah (lamb with eggplant, potato and rice), Barbecue mixed grill, Mansaf (rice and lamb with yogurt) Dajaj Mahshi (roast chicken with rice and pine nuts), Musakhan (chicken, onion, olive oil and bread) and much more. Make sure you save room for elegant dessert rich with pistachios and perfumed with rose water.

Our nicely decoration restaurant with rugs and wooden chairs, candles and pottery tools can accommodate up to 240 persons.

We organize ,Hafla, or party for groups upon request where you will enjoy traditional music played on flute, Oud and tableh.
